As Premier DOUG FORD and his PC crew grapple with hit after hit over expenses, one question that keeps cropping up: who signed off on the charges?
STAN CHO, the now-former Tourism Minister and MPP for Willowdale, has been at the centre of the ongoing drama, charging taxpayers and donors thousands for hotels, intimate steak-and-lobster dinners, Jays suites and more.
In the case of Cho, PC Party president MICHAEL DIAMOND called me up to point out that it’s not the party’s CFO who approved Cho’s individual campaign and riding association spending.
So, who did?
