Call it déjà vu. Canadians are waking up to what looks a lot like the previous Parliament in Ottawa, before we were thrust into a 36-day campaign period. That would be a Liberal minority government — and while some ridings are undecided after long lines, ballot counting that went into the wee hours, and loads of mail-in tickets still to count, it isn’t clear yet if they can nab a majority.
